Why go
Armazi Fortress guarded a route through the mountains and now survives as ruins high above Armaziskhevi. Its medieval walls must not be confused with the older royal remains at Armaztsikhe-Bagineti.
The reward is both the climb and the view. Use the signed path and keep clear of drops and loose stone around the ruins.
