Why go
The route near Balda village passes mossy woodland and a footbridge before reaching Kaghu Waterfall. It is a separate outdoor outing from the managed Martvili Canyon visitor trail.
Conditions around the river can change quickly, especially after rain. Use the established path and do not assume swimming conditions are safe because the waterfall is accessible.
